<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam optical system and a laser machining device using the same, which ensures stable machining even when an angle of divergence of a beam emitted from a resonator is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam optical system LA includes an aspherical lens 4 functioning as a beam intensity distribution conversion element, and a transfer optical system 24 for transferring a beam image by a fetching mirror 2 of a laser oscillator 1 onto the aspherical lens 4. The transfer optical system 24 transfers a geometrical optical focal position of a beam having a wavefront curvature that is a mean value of a beam wavefront curvature just behind the fetching mirror of the oscillator before the fetching mirror 2 of the oscillator is influenced by heat and a beam wavefront curvature after the fetching mirror 2 of the oscillator is influenced by heat on the aspherical lens 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
