PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission device capable of transmitting driving force at given timing to displacement of an input shaft.SOLUTION: A driving force transmission device 10 includes a first shaft 12 and a second shaft 14 moving parallelly with each other, an elastic member 24, and an oscillator 26. One end of the elastic member 24 is fixed to the second shaft 14, and the other end is fixed to the oscillator 26. The oscillator 26 can be made into any of a first state of being connected to the first shaft 12 and a second state of being not connected to the first shaft 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
