PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer of allyl acetate having excellent compatibility and adhesiveness with various kinds of resins. SOLUTION: The allyl acetate copolymer comprises a structure represented by formula (1), and a structure represented by formula (2) (wherein, R represents a 2-20C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, and may be branched, or may contain a cyclic structure) as a monomer unit.
