PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide, a polypeptide cocktail, a nucleic acid molecule, a nucleic acid molecule cocktail and a pharmaceutical composition containing any of them that are useful in treatment or prophylaxis of cancer.SOLUTION: A polypeptide comprises a specific sequence from hTERT (telomerase reverse transcriptase). The polypeptide may have the sequence of an immunogenic fragment thereof comprising at least eight amino acids.
