PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof which bind to the human CD70 protein with high affinity and display potent inhibition of tumor cell growth.SOLUTION: The invention provides an antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, which binds to human CD70, the antibody or antigen binding fragment comprising at least one heavy chain variable domain (VH) and at least one light chain variable domain (VL), wherein the VH and VL domains, when tested as a Fab fragment, exhibit an off-rate (koff measured by Biacore) for human CD70 of less than 7×10-4 s-1.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
