Console for supporting a scaffold floor on an inclined roof. A floor-supporting bar 2 is attached to a bar 18 fixed to the roof, and articulated on a bar 4 resting on the roof by way of a pad 7. The angular spacing of the bars 2 and 4 is obtained by a screw/nut arrangement 13, 14 connected to the bars 2 and 4 by way of connecting rods 11, 12. Application to all scaffolds on inclined surfaces. <IMAGE>
