PURPOSE:To prevent the half-latched state of a media case surely by taking off a holding pin from the positioning hole of a case by a specified releasing plate just before an ejecting plate is latched at the time of ejection. CONSTITUTION:In the loaded state, a positioning pin 36 and an holding pin 31 are inserted in the positioning hole of a media case 32 and positioned. At the time of ejection, a receiver 10 operates in interlocking with an ejecting plate 16, and a releasing plate 33 provided rotatably on the receiver 10 is rotated. The holding pin 31 is removed from the positioning hole just before latching of the plate 16 by rotation of the releasing plate 16. Consequently, the case 32 can be prevented surely from becoming the half-latched state even when the receiver moves downward before the plate 16 is latched because the pin 31 is inserted.
