PURPOSE:A composition useful as an electrically-conductive sheet, having improved flexibility, high mechanical strength, colorable, having improved electrical conductivity, consisting of an electrically-conductive metallic filler and a resin comprising a specific ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer as main components. CONSTITUTION:(A) 15-95pts.wt. resin comprising an ethyleneolefin copolymer as a main component which is obtained copolymerizing ethylene with an alpha-olefin(preferably propylene, butene-1, etc.) by the use of a Ziegler catalyst such as a catalyst consisting of a solid catalytic component obtained from substantially anhydrous magnesium chloride, 1,2-dichloroethane and titanium tetrachloride and triethyl ammonium and has >=10wt% boiling n-hexane insoluble content, >=100 deg.C maximum peak temperature in differential scanning calorimeter and 0.86-0.92g/cm<3> density is blended in a molten state with (B) 5-85pts.wt. electrically-conductive metallic filler, preferably obtained by treating the surface of a metallic oxide.
