PURPOSE:To improve power feed efficiency and to minimize power supply resistance by bringing carbon brushes into contact with the inside of a shell which is supported by a stationary shaft and is rotated and feeding power thereto. CONSTITUTION:The carbon brushes 13 are brought via brush holders 10 into contact with plural points on the inside periphery of the shell 1 supported by the stationary shaft 5. The holders 10 are attached to the outside peripheral part of the collars 12a of two collared cylindrical brush supports 12 which are made of copper and are mounted via insulating sleeves 11, 11a to the shaft 5. The brushes 13 are connected by shielded wires having flexibility to the supports 12. A power source is connected, by utilizing screw holes 12c, to the power source connecting parts 12b of the supports 12 at the ends of the cylindrical parts projecting from the ends of the shell 1 to the outside. The supports are stoppered to the shaft 5 by means of keys 14 and are fixed by lock nuts 16. The power feed to a strip with the max. efficiency is thus made possible.
