PURPOSE:To obtain a stereoscopic visual image by installing two sets of cameras to which individual shutter devices are fitted, and constituting the shutter devices so that their shutter speeds are different and set according to a motion speed. CONSTITUTION:A shutter speed suitable for the moving speed of a tracer 2 with a shutter switch 7 and the motion of the tracer 2 in unit time is photographed by a TV camera 3. An image obtained by said photography is passed through a video signal cable 10, A/D-converted by a video memory 6, and stored. Two image data from two cameras 3 are transferred to a host computer 8 and processed to obtain the stereoscopic visible image of a flow.
