摘要

PURPOSE:To easily miniaturize a constitution, by protruding the sonic wave emitting surface of an ultrasonic vibrator from the end surface of the throat part of an ultrasonic horn. CONSTITUTION:The sonic wave emitting surface 2a of an ultrasonic vibrator 2 is protruded to the side of the sonic wave emitting port 1b of an ultrasonic horn 1 from the end surface of the throat part of said horn 1. Therefore, the length of the horn can be shortened to several wavelengths or less without increasing the half value angle of a directional characteristic. As a result, the constitution of the ultrasonic transmitter-receiver used in a reflection type ultrasonic detector can be miniaturized easily.
