摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator from being largely lowered in a separate flow region and further to suppress the increase in pressure loss to a minimum value by inserting in a tube axial direction a stirring member into a clearance on the outside of a heat transfer tube in a region where the fluidizing mode of a fluid to be evaporated flowing within a shell is a separate flow. CONSTITUTION:A region of a separator flow produced in the step of the flow of a fluid to be evaporated flowing within a shell 1 while evaporating is produced in the vicinity of an inlet for the fluid to be evaporated of the shell 1, that is, a position where the fluid to be evaporated is easily dried. Accordingly, when a torsion plate 4 is inserted in the vicinity of the inlet for the fluid to be evaporated, the fluid L to be evaporated flowing at the lower part of the shell 1 is swirled up to the upper part of the shell 1 by the stirring effect of the torsion plate 4 to wet the dry surface of the heat transfer tube 2 disposed at the upper part of the shell 1. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the heat exchange efficiency in the separate region from being largely lowered. Further since the torsion plate 4 is inserted only in the vicinity of the inlet for the fluid to be evaporated, the pressure loss is only slight.
