PURPOSE:To obtain a floating state from the earth without using a DC/DC converter by using a reference power supply, an adder and two constant current circuits and adjusting voltage to be impressed to a conductor resistor by an output from the adder. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage of the reference power supply 3 is set up to 1V e.g., and the gain of an amplifier 1a and that of an amplifier 1c are respectively set up to '2' and '1', 1V voltage appears on both ends of a load resistor 1b. Similarly, 1V voltage appears on both ends of a load resistor 2b. The adder 4 adds the output voltage Vo of the power supply 3, (voltage on the end part 5a of the conductor resistor 5+DELTAVea) and (voltage on the end part 5b of the resistor 5-DELTAVea). When (voltage + DELTAVea) and (voltage - DELTAVea) are equal to each other, both values are offset each other and only the inversed voltage of the reference voltage Vo -Vo is applied to the input terminal of the amplifier 2a as the output of the adder 4. Consequently, the end part 5a of the resistor 5 is turned to +(1/2)Ve voltage and the other and 5b of the resistor 5 is turned to -(1/2)Ve voltage.
