1. Asphalt sealant containing petroleum asphalt, plasticizer, 9-11 parts by weight of atactic polypropylene, 31-42 parts by weight of mineral filler constituting a mixture of chalk or phyllite dust and colloidal silica in the weight ratio of 1.4 to 4.1 and possibly 1-5 parts by weight of an adhesive, characterised in that petroleum asphalt constitutes a mixture of soft petroleum asphalt and rubber-asphalt mass being a mixture of hard petroleum asphalt and reclaimed rubber in the weight ratio of 2:1, as plasticizer contains hydroraffinate being a product of selective refining with hydrogen, and filler contains an addition of galvanic slurry and/or paint waste incineration ashes, the quantity of soft asphalt amounting to 40-49 parts by weight, rubber-asphalt mass 4-15 parts by weight, hydroraffinate 6-14 parts by weight, and the quantity of galvanic slurry and/or ashes 2-20 parts by weight.
