<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laser output control device which enables a laser oscillator to output a laser beam corresponding accurately to its output command. CONSTITUTION:A laser output control device is equipped with a laser output detector 4a which detects the intensity of output light emitted from a laser oscillator 1, a processor 7 which outputs input instruction signals 9 to the laser oscillator 1 and where the output signals of the laser output detector 4a and an output instruction 5 which indicates the intensity of the output laser beam are inputted, and a memory device 8 connected to the output instruction 5, and the input instruction signals 9 outputted from the processor 7 at three points of time and the output signals outputted from the laser output detector 4a based on the instruction signals 9 are used. Furthermore, the input-output characteristic pattern of the laser oscillator 1 is processed by the processor 7 and stored in the memory 8, and the processor 7 outputs the input instruction signals 9 to the laser oscillator 1 based on the stored input-output characteristic pattern and an output instruction 5.</p> |
