<p>PURPOSE:To allow an operator to easily grasp the state of a signal having a spread range like a power-factor signal. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted so as to be provided with a measure display means 21 displaying a measure having a measure value (0) in a cental part or the measure values (0)s in both end parts according to a spread range signal, a needle display means 22 displaying the needle indicating the suiting position of the measure according to the value of the spread range signal and an upper/lower limit range display means 23 displaying a line prolonging along the measure within the range of the set upper/lower limit.</p> |
