Further, a comparative processing circuit part 6 comparing the proportional voltage value Ed obtained from the voltage dividing circuit part 5 with a reference voltage value Es and outputting an inferiority detection signal So when the proportional voltage value Ed becomes smaller than the reference voltage value Es is provided. |
