A coating composition having a total solids content of at least about 85 wt. %, based on the weight of the composition, a volatile organic chemical content of less than about 15 wt. %, based on the weight of the composition and a Brookfield viscosity of about 500-2,000 centipoises at 25 DEG C. The composition contains a polyester polyol having a weight average molecular weight of about 300-900 and a hydroxy number of about 150-400; at least one thermosettable polyester; an alkoxy aminoplast resin; a reactive diluent present in an amount of 0-30 wt. %, based on the weight of the composition; and an acid catalyst curing agent. |
