PURPOSE: To facilitate the management of organization. CONSTITUTION: A data base system establishes a management environment in the organization for providing the flow of information between the networks of a discrete response center. Concerning this system, the matrix of activity patterns cooperated with the various functions of the organization is prepared. An activity managing software expresses and manages organization activities for effectively achieving the purpose of the organization through the extension of activity patterns.
