PURPOSE:To realize the exact direction of the apparent strain due to temperatures by surely interrupting outside air invading a sensor part via a cable. CONSTITUTION:A sheath tube 12 composed by enclosing a gauge element insulated and fixed by MgO at the inside of a base end side is connected with an MI cable 13 via a cable connection part 30. A low connection is performed for this cable connection part 30 in a state that the core lines 12a and 13a of the sheath tube 12 and the MI cable 13 are entwined with each other, and, further, the following processing is performed for the cable connection part. At each end part of the sheath tube 12 and the MI cable, the internal end parts with each other are sealed by welding in a state that connection rings 32 and 41 are fitted, and further, the surroundings of the core lines 12a and 13a are sealed by sealing parts 35 and 39. At the outer peripheral part of these connection rings 32 and 38, a connection sleeve 31 is fitted and inserted, and a sealing is performed between each connection ring 32 and 38 by welding. At an internal space part S1, vacuum is held. |
