<p>PURPOSE:To speedily enable trouble shoot by early discovering an abnormality factor by comparing the measured result of relation among plural correlation variables with an abnormality judge reference and narrowing down the abnormality factor from its combination. CONSTITUTION:Concerning an adhesive agent applying system 2 for pasting the upper opening of a corrugated carton 1 for packaging, for example, the abnormality judge references are stored respectively concerning the relation between the number of object hot melt 5 to be supplied and the operating amount of a piston pump 6, the relation between the quantity of hot melt 5 to be decreased at a tank 4 and the operating amount of the piston pump 6 and the relation between the object number of hot melt 5 to be supplied and the quantity of hot melt 5 to be decreased at the tank 4. Then, these relations are calculated by measurement, this measured result is compared with the abnormality judge reference, and a signal corresponding to the abnormality factor narrowed down from the combination of respective compared results is outputted.</p> |
