<p>PURPOSE:To give an instruction for conveyance at proper time by dividing a rail into a plurality of running areas, providing a running area information instruction means in a portion corresponding to each running area, informing in which area a cart which is running enters, investigating from where a demand for conveyance is given, and giving an instruction to the cart which is running. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of running areas A (A1-A4) are set along a rail 4 from which a suspension type running and conveying device 5 is suspended, and bar code labels BCR1-BCR4 are provided along the rail 4 before these running areas A by a predetermined distance so that respective running area information is read by a bar code reader 13 on a running cart 6. A peripheral equipment control panel 14 is connected to each of running areas A1-A4 to receive and store cargo receipt/delivery information in a conveyor CV for cargo receipt/delivery. Moreover, a running cart controller 15 is connected to the peripheral equipment control panel 14 and a trolley wire 11 to give instructions for cargo receipt/delivery to the running cart 6 based on the cargo receipt/ delivery information.</p> |
