<p>PURPOSE: To improve an adsorption-desorption method for separating liquid mixture of a plurality of components by a component-selective adsorption- desorption on solid adsorbent so that non-adsorbed materials existing in an interstitial cavities or macro pores of the adsorbent bed can be recovered without contaminating them substantially during the process of desorption from the adsorbent. CONSTITUTION: When regenerating an adsorbent bed saturated with adsorbed components, regeneration is performed in a two-step process: in the first step, non-adsorbed liquid components in the adsorbent bed are vaporized and recovered, and in the second step, the adsorbed components is recovered from the adsorbent bed.</p> |
