<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a reflective photocoupler for which an efficient production process can be realized by settling the encapsulation shape in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The gap 19 between the opposite end parts 17, 18 of a mounting head for feeding an encapsulation resin material has an intermediate wide gap part 22. A resin material transmitting an emitted light 15 fed through the wide gap part 22 from the upper surface side of the gap 19 when a light emitting element 14 and a light receiving element 16 mounted on the lower surface side of mounting beds 13, 15 are encapsulated in dome shape through the gravitational force, surface tension, etc. Since the resin material is fed smoothly and quickly, the elements 14, 16 can be encapsulated in dome shape in a short time and an efficient production process is realized.</p> |
