PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently disperse fuel injected by an injector by the flow of intake air flowing in an intake passage to thereby facilitate the atomization of the fuel. SOLUTION: In a fuel injection type outboard engine 10, each cylinder is arranged in a longitudinal direction such that a crankshaft 26 is disposed in the vertical direction and an intake passage 40 for every cylinder is extended along the engine body from a crank case 16 side to the intake port 34 of a cylinder head 14 and an injector 45 for injecting fuel is mounted on the downstream part 42 of the intake passage 40, respectively. The injector 45 is disposed such that it injects fuel into the intake passage 40 in the direction which reverse the flow of the intake air, respectively. |
