<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding die eliminating the involution of air even at a time of high speed molding to enhance the close adhesiveness of a molten resin molding a sheet good in surface smoothness without generating cooling irregularity. SOLUTION: A passage of a molten resin 9 is formed between fixed blocks 1, 2 and a variable block 6 is provided to the leading end part of the fixed block 2 so as to be made displaceable in the direction shown by an arrow by a variable block adjusting bolt 4. A resin passage is formed between the variable block 6 and the surface of a cooling roll 8 and the pressure loss in the resin passage is measured by a pressure gauge 7. On the basis of the pressure loss measured by this pressure gauge, the gap of the die lip (g) to the cooling roll 8 is controlled so as to apply pressing force capable of excluding involved air when the measured value is in the vicinity of zero.</p> |
