<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent visibility by a method wherein a display body having a strip-form magnet plate, a metallic sheet, and a patterned resin sheet, being laminated together, is arranged along a groove bottom having a number of elongated grooves in one-way of the surface of a tread, and the two end parts of the display body are securely contact-bonded by end tread pieces. SOLUTION: Footprint-patterned display bodies 7 are formed in a position, where passengers correctly stands, at the total number of treads or at intervals of a plurality of treads on the surfaces of treads 4 of a passenger conveyor 1. The display body 7 has a strip-form display piece 7A along the bottoms of a number of elongated grooves formed in one-way in the surface of the tread 4 and the two end parts in a longitudinal direction of the display body 7A are securely contact-bonded by end part tread pieces. Further, the display body 7A forms a thin laminate wherein a magnet sheet 7a, attracted on the bottom of a groove by a magnetic force, a metallic sheet 7b forming a reinforcing material for the whole of the display piece 7A, and a resin sheet 7c on the back of which a pattern 7cc is formed are laminated together by using an adhesive. This constitution ensured the mounting fixing force of the display body for a tread passenger.</p> |
