摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the irradiation energy of laser and the man-hour of welding processes of a tab terminal by making the thickness of a laser beam irradiation part thinner than that of other parts in an object to be welded by being abutted on the main object. SOLUTION: A tab terminal 17a is made a separate piece from a bus bar, with a bent part 17b integrally formed at the lower end of the tab terminal 17a. The tab terminal 17a is surely provided with a thickness T1 necessary for inserting and connecting a female terminal, while the bent leg part (irradiation part of a laser beam LB) 17b is designed to have a thin thickness T2 (one half of T1). The laser beam LB is emitted from just above, melting the bent part 17b and the pattern part of the bus bar 17, and welding them to each other. In addition, using a welding hole of the bent leg part 17b, the joining boundary between the bent leg part 17b and the bus bar 17 is directly irradiated and welded by the laser beam; or, it is also desirable that, using a semi-spherical recess of the bent leg part 17b, the inside of the recess is irradiated by the laser beam, and that the welding is performed by the heat remaining inside the recess.</p>
