PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for stay for fall prevention for unit bath which can be easily attached, can provide water proofing almost completely and unnecessitates the increase of thickness of the wall of a unit bath. SOLUTION: This structure has an attaching machine screw 4 and a stay 1. The machine screw 4 comprises a tip having diameter larger than that of an intermediate part and split into plural pieces and a head having diameter larger than that of the intermediate part and is used for attaching a stay 1 to a wall through a hole, bored on a wall surface 5, to attach a rack side to the wall. The stay 1 is equipped with attaching parts for attaching the attaching machine screw 4 at both ends. Then, the structure is provided with a plane spacer 2 formed from an elastically deformable material and interposed between the head of the attaching machine screw 4 and the attaching part and a waterproof member 3 for preventing water from coming from a gap between the attaching machine screw 4 and the attaching part of the stay 1 into the hole on the wall surface 5. |
