PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase with which different temperature environments are respectively obtained for an upper display part and a lower display part. SOLUTION: A display chamber 11 being opened on a front surface is constituted in a heat insulation wall 2, and the inside of the chamber 11 is vertically partitioned with a heat insulation partitioning board 30 to obtain a showcase 1 consisting of an upper display part 31 and a lower display part 32. The showcase 1 is provided with: a cooling chamber 37 constituted in the bottom part of the lower display part 32; a cooler 38 and a blower 39 which are arranged inside the cooling chamber 37; a cool air discharge port 40 and a cool air sucking port 41 which are respectively formed on both side parts of the cooling chamber 37; communication parts 44 and 45 which are formed on both side parts of the heat insulation partitioning board 30 to permit the upper and lower display parts 31 and 32 to communicate with each other; and freely opening/ closing possible dumpers 46 and 47 which are arranged in the respective communication parts 44 and 45.
