PURPOSE: Provided are permeable blocks manufactured by sintering a mixture of ceramic wastes as main materials and glass, feldspar and clay as binders, which have no slip and long term use. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of permeable blocks are as follows: collecting ceramic wastes such as tiles, insulators and pottery containing Si, and grinding; adding 25wt.% of clay, 7wt.% of feldspar and 8wt.% of glass to 60wt.% of wastes; pressing; sintering at 1200deg.C, wherein the glass is used for increase of permeability due to foams generated from glass melting.
