PURPOSE: A double control variable valve of muffler is provided to increase the discharge amount of exhaust gas by increasing the opening rate of the valve when an engine is operated in a high speed field with maximum output. CONSTITUTION: A double control variable valve of muffler comprises : a body which is mounted to an end of a second bypass pipe of a third chamber side, and where a ring-shaped valve seat, having a first through hole of a prescribed size at the middle part thereof, is formed, wherein, a first bracket(45) is formed at a side of the valve seat; a main valve(46) which cuts off the first through hole of the body, and where a ring-shaped second valve seat, having a second through hole smaller than the first through hole at the middle part thereof, is formed, wherein a second bracket(49) is formed at a side of the second valve seat to be axially supported to the first bracket; an auxiliary valve(50) which is formed with a circular plate cutting off the second through hole and where a third bracket(51) is formed at a side thereof to be axially supported to the second bracket; a first rotation shaft(60) axially supporting the main valve to the first bracket; and a second rotation shaft(62) axially supporting the auxiliary valve to the second bracket.
