PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of improving the durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a photoelectric conversion element which includes: a photoelectric conversion layer; a first layer; and an intermediate layer. The photoelectric conversion layer contains a material which has a perovskite structure. The first layer contains a first substance and a second substance. The intermediate layer is formed between the photoelectric conversion layer and the first layer.
