PURPOSE: A field emission display is provided to prevent the short of anode electrode caused due to the overcurrent, by arranging the field emission display to have a thickness and width that allows flow of overcurrent. CONSTITUTION: A field emission display comprises an upper substrate(74); a lower substrate(72) opposed to the upper substrate; first and second data pads(76A,76B) formed on the lower substrate, and which receive a driving voltage from a data drive unit; a scan pad(78) formed on the lower substrate, and which receives a driving voltage from a scan drive unit; an anode electrode(92) formed on the upper substrate; an anode drive unit(90) for supplying a driving voltage to the anode electrode; a connection unit(82) for receiving the driving voltage from the anode drive unit; a neck unit(80) for electrically connecting the connection unit and the anode electrode; a connection line(86) for electrically connecting the connection unit and the anode drive unit; and a conductive thin film tape(84) for covering predetermined portions of the connection unit, neck unit and the connection line.
