<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit and process video data picked up in medical examination in a hospital or a clinic, and to provide the video data after the editing to a user who has received the medical examination. <P>SOLUTION: A user's (patient's) PC (a user communication terminal) 10, a video editing provision server 20 capable of editing the video data, and a hospital-side communication terminal 30 managed by the hospital or the clinic and capable of transmitting the video data picked up in the medical examination inside the hospital or the clinic can be connected via the Internet 40. The video editing provision server receives and edits the video data on the medical examination of the user using the prescribed user communication terminal from the hospital-side communication terminal, and provides the video data after the edition to the prescribed user communication terminal.
