PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adverse influence to capacitors, by providing an inductor having two spiral structures where magnetic fluxes in the spiral structures become parallel to layers and become opposite in a base and capacitors constituted of parallel planar conductor films. SOLUTION: Two spiral structures 14a and 14b are formed in a base. The two spiral structures 14a and 14b are constituted of spiral which are the two spiral structures 14a and 14b are mutually connected. They are connected to a terminal electrode 12a, and the side of the terminal electrode 12b of the spiral structures are similarly connected, and they are connected to a terminal electrode 12b. The two spiral structures 14a and 14b are vertically arranged and capacitors 15a and 15b are formed in a position sandwiched by the two spiral structures 14a and 14b.
