<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency dielectric ceramic which can be fired at a lower firing temperature, in which the shrinkage-starting temperature can be lowered to the vicinity of the shrinkage-starting temperature of a conductor and which can suppress the bending or deformation even when the dielectric ceramic is simultaneously fired with the conductor consisting essentially of Ag or Cu, and to provide a laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic contains a main component expressed as (1-x)MgTiO<SB>3</SB>-xCaTiO<SB>3</SB>in a molar ratio, in which x satisfies 0≤x≤0.2, and further contains, to 100 parts by weight of the main component: B in an amount of 3 to 20 parts by weight in terms of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>; an alkali metal in an amount of 1 to 10 parts by weight in terms of its carbonate; Si in an amount of 0.01 to 5 parts by weight in terms of SiO<SB>2</SB>; and, as alkaline earth metals, at least one kind of Be, Mg, Ca, and Ba in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight in terms of respective oxides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
