<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To privilege fans so that fans who have lost in betting on public races can enjoy public races more. <P>SOLUTION: A betting ticket with fan's betting contents and amounts written thereon is printed with a message of "Win/Lose" or points on the surface and is provided with scratch printing covering the print part to conceal it from direct view. After the race corresponding to the purchased betting ticket ends to fix whether the betting ticket is a winning or losing one, the fan who has lost removes the scratch print part on the betting ticket to check the printed content.
