<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control circuit for automatic/manual combination use which gives the main system priority but suppresses the delay for manual access. SOLUTION: This circuit is equipped with an access delay circuit 5 which monitors the timing of automatic access and accepts manual access immediately in case that the automatic access is not working, and delays the acceptance of the above manual access of the above manual access until the automatic access action in operation is finished when it receives the manual access during operation of the automatic access; and a selector 6 which accesses the target of access, based on the direction of the above automatic access and the direction of the above manual access.</p> |
