The orthodontic single-block device for treating progeny consists of two basic plates for upper and lower jaws connected one with another along the occlusion line in the position of the constructive bite and equipped with the decoupling elements driven by the expending element and the vestibular arc. The decoupling elements are designed as the caps. The expending element consists of two screws fixed with the aid of the caps connected with the basic plates.
