IMPROVED METHOD FOR SEPARATING PROTEIN BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS, AND BUFFER COMPOSITION FOR CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a free solution capillary electrophoretic method in an alkaline pH for analyzing a sample containing a protein component containing a lipoprotein component, and to provide a buffer composition for improved capillary electrophoresis.

SOLUTION: This method includes at least one process for introducing the sample into a capillary tube containing an analytical buffer, and the analytical buffer contains at least one anion surfactant additive capable of varying an electrophoretic mobility by hydrophobic interaction with the lipoprotein component. The present invention relates also to a kit for analyzing the composition for the capillary electrophoresis and the protein component.
