Drinking water from the first system (4) flows into a tank (2) and, with non-return valve (37) open, into a chamber (32) of a pump (3) expanded by springs (34) acting against a first diaphragm (32a). A dropping of the pressure in the second system, for example a heating installation (1), brings about an opening of a valve (17a), and, if a time-controlled valve (26a) and a valve (28a) which is open when there is low pressure in a line (9) are open, brings about a throughflow of the control space of another valve (8), opening the latter. Drinking water can flow through the open other valve (8) via the line (9) into the tank (2) and a second diaphragm (33a) can be pressed via an intermediate piece (42) against the first diaphragm (32a). The water in the chamber (32) is thereby pumped via a further non-return valve (18a) into the heating installation (1). The separation of the drinking water from the water of the heating installation is complete. A return flow is not possible. The installation is operated exclusively by the pressure energy of the drinking water and requires no auxiliary energy as in the case of known installations. <IMAGE>
