An extraction unit (120) extracts origin elements from a building information model (BIM) (40). The extraction unit (120) searches the BIM (40), with the origin elements as origins, for a plurality of building elements which are mutually adjacent, and deploys a virtual member to each of the plurality of building elements which is the result of the search, thereby extracting from the BIM (40) a virtual room which is configured from the virtual members. A creation unit (130) sets, from attribute information included in the BIM (40), attribute information for each of the virtual members of the virtual room, said attribute information corresponding to the building elements to which the virtual members are deployed, and creates as a room model (51) the virtual room to which the attribute information is set. |
