A spray device for spraying a liquid solution in the perianal region of a person, comprising: first and second flexible hoses interconnecting a spigot to a toilet bowl; a valve to control water flow in each hose, and being within convenient roach of the person sitting on the toilet bowl; a base assembly operatively connected to the hoses outlets, and defining a single liquid outlet nozzle; a hinge plate, to position the base assembly relative to the toilet bowl wherein the liquid outlet nozzle is upwardly directed towards the perianal region; wherein the base assembly defines a main frame and a closed chamber having a floor and a water inlet port, for engagement by the first hose; wherein the closed chamber is enclosed in a dome-shaped structure and the liquid outlet nozzle includes an arcuate by-pass channel interconnecting the apex portion of the dome-shaped chamber opposite the floor with a downstream section of the second hose; the chamber enclosing a water-soluble substance having therapeutic or washing features for the skin; the second hose outlet end merging with the liquid outlet nozzle wherein, upon the valve opening both hoses, a water solution escapes forcibly upwardly through the single liquid outlet nozzle, the solution being a mixture of water and water soluble substance.
