PURPOSE:To provide the system backing up only a revised section when revised data are backed up by allowing plural terminal equipments to simultaneously revise the data of the same attribute. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a terminal equipment 1, a revision content storage section 3, a data storage section 5, a data management control means 2 calculating in which area of the data storage section 5 the revision data are to be stored and to-which area of a backup data storage section 6 the revised data are to be stored, defining in which area of the revision content storage section 3 the revised content is to be stored and managing the transfer of the information in an exchange, and a data information storage means 4 storing the calculation result of the management control means 3 and the content of definition depending on each terminal equipment.
