The invention relates to a plug making it possible to recover any oozing of liquid through the drain orifice of a sump or tank in order to avoid any pollution of the ground. It consists of a plug (1) with a screw thread (2) and of its washer (3) comprising a housing (5) provided with an absorbent filter (4) constituting a plug (1) rendered leakproof via the seal (6). Fitted to a draining orifice after tightening obtained with the aid of a draining key placed in the hole (7), the filter (4) absorbs any oozing of liquid and the seal (6) seals the plug (1) in the event of abnormal or excessive oozing of liquid. The plug according to the invention is particularly intended for the draining sumps of combustion engines of vehicles and machinery. <IMAGE>
