PURPOSE: To improve an electric characteristic of a CDDI connector, and satisfy a demand as a high speed network part. CONSTITUTION: A contact point 13 of a connector 1 (CDDI connector) to a voice and data transmitting high speed network is arranged on an inside circle 3 and an intermediate circle 2. Then, a connector structure becomes closer to a cable structure than a square connector.
