<p>A spectacle washing apparatus comprising a box-like lower body component (1) of which the shell (2) confines in itself a washing space (3) arranged to receive the spectacles in itself; a stand (4) provided in the washing space for supporting the spectacles in substantially vertical or slanting position; an upper cover component (5) hinged to said body component to be openable and closable for liquid-tight sealing of the washing space; a liquid tank (6) for storage of liquid; a spraying means (7) for jetting liquid from said liquid tank onto the spectacles; and a drying means (8) for drying the spectacles with the aid of air blowing. The cover component (5) has been shaped to be a downward open box, to constitute part of the total volume of the washing space (3); and that the stand (4) has been disposed to support the spectacles so that at least part of them extends above the dividing plate (9) between body component (1) and cover component (5).</p> |
