The cannula (1) comprises a tubular cylindrical body (2) inside which there is arranged a pusher which is removable and provided with a widened area (7) which emerges at the end of, and forms a continuation of, the tubular body, in order to facilitate the introduction of the cannula into the rectum. The tubular body comprises a lateral conduit (4) which slopes downwards and communicates with the inside of the tubular body, this lateral conduit being coupled to a flexible tube through which there passes, towards the inside of the cannula, a liquid which is introduced into the rectum once the pusher has been withdrawn. The liquid discharges at the opposite end of the tubular cylindrical body, via a flexible tube which is connected to this opposite end and which communicates with a discharge container. <IMAGE>
