PURPOSE: To provide a mold for laminated moldings and a molding method, capable of efficiently performing molding to make laminated moldings of various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A mold is divided into a male mold 10 and a female mold 20, and a two-bladed collar 15 whose edges 16, 18 on both sides are formed into a blade shape, respectively, is provided on the outer peripheral face 14 of the male mold 10. The edge 18 is used as a blade for stripping a cushioning layer 32 of a skin surface material 30, and the edge 16 is used as a blade for shearing the skin surface material 30 with the aid of an edge 25 of a step portion 24 provided on the inner peripheral face 23 of the female mold 20. By means of the step portion 24 of the female mold 20, a gap 26 is defined between the peripheral face 15A of the collar 15 and the inner peripheral face 23, and tension is suitably given to the skin surface material 30 held in the gap 26. Under this condition, when the edges 16, 25 shear the skin surface material 30, no wrinkles occurs. In the case where the skin surface material 30 has the cushioning layer 32, the cushioning layer 32 is stripped by the edge 18 from the skin surface material 30, which is pushed by molten resin and led into the female mold 20 at the time of molding. |
